Cases and Reports
Our oral and maxillofacial radiologists review CBCT scans, 2D imaging, and TMJ MR imaging and provide a comprehensive radiology report that includes significant findings, diagnostic impressions, and relevant images for reference and instruction. For more information, check out our Services page.
Cases are submitted through our online HIPAA compliant portal system.

Turn around time for most cases are 2-3 days. Rush services are available for next day delivery.

Our oral radiologists can be contacted by calling or texting our office at (424) 226-2174.
Sharing cases with other dental specialists and patients is easy with our online portal system. Once a case has been uploaded, you can give others access to cases by selecting the 'Share' button on the 'Studies' page. Simply enter in the recipient's email address and they will receive an invitation to view the case.

Yes! With our integrated gateway technology, you can upload scans to Radiodontics from your desktop. For more information, please contact us at (424) 226-2174.
Billing and Insurance
- CBCT cases are $100 and panoramic radiographs and other 2D imaging cases are $85. Click here for more information.
Your practice can bill dental or medical insurance for radiology services using the appropriate procedure codes below:
Radiology Report
- CDT/Dental: D0391 ("Interpretation of diagnostic image by a practitioner not associated with capture of the image, including report.")
- CPT/Medical: 76140 ("Consultation on x-ray examination made elsewhere, written report.")
Image Portfolio
- ADA/Dental: D0363 ("Three-dimensional image reconstruction using existing data, includes multiple images.")
Please note, Radiodontics does not file nor assists in filing insurance claims.
After your first case is submitted and completed, we will send an invoice to your account email. For any subsequent cases you submit, we will charge the credit card on file that we have for your account at the end of every month (if you submitted a case that month).
No. Offices should input their own practice credit card as the card information. It is your practice’s responsibility to charge the patient.
